With a brief to magnify this brand offering, I set out to enable Upperground on their mission to finding the best match for people in the tech industry and stand out in the market where monotony reigns.

A strong logo mark was developed, symbolising the idea of the name itself - upper ground. It accompanies with a versatile visual identity to convey the idea of finding the best fit - changing the way people connect with recruiters and find the perfect job for them. A rich and uplifting colour palette was carefully chosen to evoke confidence and infuse positive energy. These vibrant hues serve as a visual embodiment of the transformative power of Upperground, inspiring individuals to pursue their passions and realise their potential in the tech industry.
